I first became enamored with Massage Therapy during the heydays of my previous career. I was experiencing paralytic lower back spasms, and after discussions with my physician decided to pursue Massage Therapy for treatment. After a six month period of one hour sessions once a month I was completely pain and spasm free.

Years later I decided Massage Therapy was a calling I was drawn to. I enrolled in the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy where I fell in love not just with the romance and mysticism of massage but the science as well. Having a unified understanding of human anatomy and physiology combined with a working knowledge of kinesiology has enabled me to zero in on root causes of muscular discomfort and disfunction. This approach has allowed me to help clients alleviate their discomfort and promote practices to help prevent it from resurfacing.
