I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and calm their nervous systems through the power of touch. My approach blends deep, slow pressure with myofascial holds that signal to your body that it's safe to let go. I believe a good massage is a conversation, not a monologue—so I welcome your body's natural responses, whether that's a sigh, a shift in breath, a belly rumble, or the urge to speak. My goal is to work with your body to release tension together, creating a safe space to practice the art of surrender.
Every session begins with a brief check-in about your goals for our time together and what's been present for you since we last met. This is your time. Whether you'd like to focus entirely on your head and neck or melt into full-body Swedish relaxation, I'll follow your lead.
I believe the body is deeply interconnected, and that much of massage therapy's healing power lies in reuniting the parts that anatomical labeling has artificially divided.
My path to this work began with my own experience of burnout. While working a high-stress job in tech, I had been ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. Through consistent bodywork, yoga, meditation, and therapy, I reconnected with my body and learned to listen to its wisdom. Today, I live a freer, more joyful, and more embodied life.
Now, drawing on my training from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and my own lived experience, I help others reconnect with their bodies and find ease.
